To Our Valued Clients,

As the COVID-19 public health crisis continues we are working on new ways to care for our patients while still following the guidelines of the CDC and local health authorities. Those guidelines primarily focus on social distancing to help prevent the spread of this virus and we are getting new guidelines almost daily.

One of the ways we are trying to help our existing patients and reduce stress during this difficult time is to launch a TeleVetMedicine service. This will allow our clients to schedule a virtual veterinary consult and get advice via chat or video call. For preventative care advice and minor health concerns we may be able to resolve the issue via the TeleVetMedicine service.

If your veterinarian feels that your pet needs a more thorough exam or testing they will advise you to come into the office for further care. Please note this service will only be available to our existing clients whose pets have been examined at the office within the last 12 months. As always, if your pet is experiencing life threatening symptoms, please contact us to schedule an immediate office visit appointment or go to your nearest emergency hospital.

More information will follow the launch of our TeleVetMedicine app. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this stressful time.

Please refer to our Facebook page, phone APP or website for our current COVID-19 protocols.

Thank you,

The Doctors and Staff at Rothman Animal Hospital
