Clients can easily request appointments whenever it is convenient to them, which often isn’t when we are not  there to answer the phone. Each request is sent to our email account and so  we can follow up to secure the appointment.

Our  clients can send in orders to refill food and medications. And, if it’s easier, just upload a photo of the  product they need!

Reward our  clients with a loyalty rewards program. Each time they spend money, they earn a punch. Fill the card and next office visit they will have  a $100.00 credit on their account

We introduced our Rothman Animal Hospital App several years ago but we have some new, exciting updated features that will make your experience at our hospital even better!

Through our app we now offer visit tracker, 2-way chat, virtual payment, notifications, pharmacy request, and appointment requests.

As you pull into our lot, you will see new parking sign additions:

Our newest feature Visit Tracker allows you to easily check in from the comfort of your own vehicle and request curbside service for food or medication pick-ups, patient drop offs and pick-ups, and more. Your check in form is delivered to our team and a team member will be assigned to your pet.

With our two-way chat you can exchange chat messages, photos, videos and documents with our team members.

We now have a virtual payment feature which allows us to easily invoice and collect deposits for hospitalized patients, boarding, surgery, medical procedures, prescription refills and food orders.

The pharmacy prescription refill feature allows you to snap and upload a photo of the medication you need. It is not only convenient but you can securely pay for your medication through the app.

Our selfie feature allows you to upload your pet selfie’s for our pet community to see.

Once you have downloaded our App through the Apple Store or Get it on Google Play, make sure to enable notifications. This will be helpful to chat with us during your visit, receive important information about your pet, request appointments, refill medications, and view your pet’s service due dates.

Our Customer Service Liaisons will still be available in the parking lot to assist you, answer any questions or help you in downloading the app.
